Cook Brother Headset Stainless

COOK BROS Stainless HEADSET
COOK BROS ABEC5 THREADLESS HEADSET
DESCRIPTION:
Its not all in your head…
A meal is only as good as its ingredients, and at the heart of the Cook Bros. Racing Stainless Headsets are two, super-smooth, 4545, sealed bearings covered by a coating of titanium nitride and filled with stainless steel balls. The titanium coating delivers a low friction coefficient, increased corrosion resistance and smoother rolling surfaces. Stainless steel balls further increase corrosion resistance. Cruise longer and smoother.
But there is more! Despite this being a threadless headset with cups, the 45×45 bearings also work in integrated headset applications. Toss the cups, pop the bearings in your new frame, and roll!

Key Standouts
A reusable, anodized aluminum, compression plug eliminates the need for a star nut and works with all 1 1/8-inch steerer tubes, even carbon fiber, making this the most versatile headset system ever.
A split aluminum crown race makes installation and removal from forks super easy, allowing you to spend more time riding and less time fussing.
