The SPP Supersized UHM 1-1/8″-1.5″ X 20″ Fork is available in three variations.

BMX legend Toby Henderson brings his design experience to a completely new generation of carbon forks for SPP. Starting with a proven racegeometry, he reimagined every detail around Supersized Technology larger crosssections and muscular shoulders that shift carbon to the places that take the biggest hits, improving stiffness and tyre clearance.
Each fork is crafted from highmodulus unidirectional carbon fiber legs mated to either an ultralight 6Al4V titanium steerer or a costefficient 7075T6 alloy steerer depending on the model. The result is a fully integrated crown and steerer that delivers lasersharp steering and reduced deflection. To handle the demands of modern BMX racing, 20mm thruaxle dropouts are coldforged from aluminium for maximum durability, while an internal butterfly reinforcement strengthens the steerercrown interface.
Each fork is finished in a gloss carbon layup with molded SPP graphics and includes a headset wedge for easy headset adjustment. Whether youre chasing an elite podium or building a highend cruiser, SPPs Supersized forks provide prolevel precision, strength and style.

Supersized Technology: Enlarged crown and leg crosssections shift carbon from lowstress areas to highload zones, delivering superior steering stiffness and precision.
Titanium & Alloy steerer options: Choose from a 6Al4V titanium steerer for minimal weight and reduced deflection or a 7075T6 aluminium steerer for a more budgetfriendly option.
20 mm thruaxle dropouts: Coldforged aluminium dropouts accept 20 mm axles for heightened responsiveness and stability.
Internal butterfly reinforcement: A hidden butterfly insert at the steerercrown interface improves durability and distributes loads, reducing the chance of steerer failure.
Highmodulus carbon legs: Vacuummoulded unidirectional carbon fiber legs provide racelevel stiffness while keeping weight to around 588 g for 20 models.
Headset Wedge hardware included: Wedge system replaces the traditional starnut, keeping the steerer intact and allowing for precise headset adjustments.
Proven race geometry: 32 mm fork offset and 302 mm for 20″ axletocrown height to preserve the handling that top racers expect
Broad compatibility: Tapered steerers fit 11/8 to 1.5 head tubes.
