The Castelli Womens Gabba Short Sleeve Jersey is a race-proven performance jersey designed for riding hard in cool, wet and unpredictable conditions, offering total wind protection and a water repellent finish.

Developed with input from professional riders, the Gabba became a favourite throughout the pro peloton thanks to its combination of weather protection, aerodynamic fit and breathability. This updated version features a protective zipper flap to help block drafts, a refined fit, improved pocket drainage and an upgraded waistband, while retaining the dependable performance that made the Gabba one of Castellis most iconic cycling jerseys.

The Gabba became famous in the pro peloton because riders could stay protected during bad weather without resorting to a bulky rain jacket. The second-generation Gabba refined the original with an improved fit, better pocket drainage, updated waistband construction and additional protection around the front zipper.

It is best thought of as a lightweight short-sleeve jacket/jersey hybrid rather than a standard thermal jersey. It works particularly well for racing or faster training where you want protection from wind and intermittent rain without overheating.
