Cheng Shin Comp 3 Type Tire, not Tioga Brand but as close as you can get. Tioga makes the competition 3, but the skin wall is a little darker now. This Comp 3 is made by Cheng Shin and its nice good quality. Lots of guys are using this tire on BMX Racing and Retro BMX bikes.
