This is the Haro Luecadia DLX BMX Bike. The DLX model has the Gyro Rotor Getangler. This allows the handlebars to spin without tangling.

The 20.5 is a standard toptube BMX bike. The 18.5″ toptube measurement is extra short for smaller riders wanting to move into a 20″ wheeled bike from a 16″ or 18″ wheeled bike that has gotten too small.
