The SRAM Force AXS E1 Shift/Brake Lever integrates hydraulic disc braking with wireless electronic shifting. Its ergonomic design includes a reach-adjustable lever body to suit various hand sizes and hood shapes that provide multiple grip positions. This unit removes mechanical cables, simplifying setup while maintaining a consistent feel.

The hydraulic caliper uses DOT fluid, delivering consistent stopping power in all conditions. Shift buttons are positioned for natural thumb engagement, with programmability via the AXS app. This lever is compatible with all SRAM AXS road and gravel derailleurs, allowing for diverse build options and control over front derailleurs or dropper posts.
