SRAM RED E1 X-Sync 46T Chainring

The SRAM RED X-Sync Direct Mount chainring is a 46-tooth, 12/13-speed ring built around SRAM’s 8-bolt direct mount standard. X-Sync wide/narrow tooth profiling keeps the chain seated through varied conditions without a dedicated chain guide, and the laser-etched finish improves durability over previous versions. A 6.5mm offset positions the ring to match SRAM AXS drivetrain geometry.

The aluminum construction balances weight and stiffness for sustained pedaling efforts, while the aerodynamic profile suits time trial and triathlon applications where frontal area matters. As part of SRAM’s X-Range gearing system, this ring pairs with wider-range cassettes for smoother gear progression. The direct mount interface simplifies chainring swaps and removes the need for a traditional spider.
