Steel and a set of three. These help remove and install a bicycle tire without puncturing the inner tube. Nice and strong and chrome. Works on most all types of tires like clincher. Durable Steel that wont break under force like a plastic lever.
Mechanic Note. Use the cutout in the spoke to lock the tool in place so you can add another lever or two to pry off the tire from the rim. The cutout hooks around the spoke.
