Tyre 700 Freedom Scorcher Wirebead

The Scorcher incorporates a 3mm puncture resistant layer with a tough heavy duty casing to provide extraordinary puncture protection. The Scorcher offers a comfortable ride with low rolling resistance and excellent traction. The wedge shaped tread pattern with extra deep grooves deliver excellent durability, and the textured outer tread and exit channels for water make it an excellent choice for all conditions on any urban surface.

22 TPI offers good puncture, cut and abrasion resistance. The TPI is the number of threads that cross through one square inch (Threads per inch TPI) of a single ply of the tyres casing. Lower TPI gives better puncture, cut and abrasion resistance but is heavier.
